MANICOTTI WITH HAM 
12 manicotti noodles
1 lb. cooked ham
2/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
2/3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 lg. eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. pkg. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Cream sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti according to package directions, drain; set aside.

Press ham through fine blade of a meat grinder into a large bowl. Add Swiss and Mozzarella cheeses, heavy cream, eggs, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Grease a large, shallow casserole. Spoon a small amount of cream sauce over bottom. Spoon mixture into both ends of manicotti and place in casserole. Cover with remaining cream sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes until very hot.
