CAULIFLOWER SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 med. size cauliflower, broken into flowerettes & thinly sliced
1 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/2 c. sliced black olives
2 tbsp. diced green onions with tops
1 med. zucchini, diced
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper sauce to taste

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss gently and set aside. Combine sour cream and remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour salad dressing over the salad mixture and toss well. Chill for at least 3 hours. Yield: 8.
