GIBLET GRAVY 
Giblets from turkey or chicken
Celery, chopped
Onion, chopped
Salt
Cornstarch

Cook giblets, celery, onion and salt together in a saucepan covered with water until tender. Make a thin paste with the cornstarch and water to thicken gravy. Add a little yellow food coloring if desired.

NOTE: You may use some of the unthickened giblet mixture in your dressing if so desired.
