FLORENTINE STYLE MEAT FILLING 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Manicotti shells
4 c. spaghetti sauce

Brown beef with onion, drain excess fat. Blend together meat, spinach and remaining ingredients. Fill uncooked manicotti. Any leftover filling can be blended into sauce.

Cover bottom of 9x13 baking dish with 1 cup sauce. Layer stuffed manicotti in a single layer. Completely cover manicotti with remaining sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
