FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM | |
Mash berries to pulp. Put 4 1/2 cups berries in kettle and bring to boil. Add 1 box Sure-Jell and bring to boil. Add 7 cups sugar. Cook about 2 minutes; take off heat and pour into jars. Fill about 3/4 full and let set for 24 hours. Put on lids loosely and freeze. |
