1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 box strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries
9 inch pie shell

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick. Add gelatin. Cool. Add strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
