RAISIN BREAD 
4 egg whites
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. blended pears (canned or fresh)
1/3 c. corn oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together egg whites, water, pears and corn oil until creamy. Add baking powder, baking soda, flour and nutmeg; beat well. Stir in raisins. Pour into 9x5 inch sprayed pan and bake for 45 minutes.
