FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Fold in 1 can fruit cocktail and pieces (1 pound can 17 ounces). Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 lb. butter
3/4 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while cake is warm.
