RICE PUDDING 
1 c. cooked rice
6 eggs, beaten
1 qt. milk
3/4 c. raisins
Sm. pinch of salt
Cinnamon

Mix rice, beaten eggs, sugar, salt and milk to fill 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake 350 degrees approximately 1 hour (until knife comes out clean). For larger casserole double amount.
