COCOA MOCHI 
2 c. mochiko (rice flour)
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. ground cocoa
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 can (12 oz.) coconut milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool before cutting.
