BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread, cubed
3/4 lb. sausage links
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, mustard; mix well. In 9x9 inch buttered baking dish place bread over bottom of dish. Put sausage on top of bread. Cover with cheese. Pour egg mixture over it. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. May be refrigerated before serving. Leftovers wrapped in foil and heated are very good. Serves 8.
