SALSA 
4 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. coriander seed, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 oz. can chopped green chilies

Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours, stirring several times.
