SPINACH, ROMAINE BALSAMIC
VINEGAR
 
1 head romaine lettuce
6 oz. fresh spinach
2 c. watermelon
4 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Combine greens and watermelon. Mix next 4 ingredients and refrigerate. Pour over salad; season with salt and pepper.
