CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 big box graham crackers
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 can of chocolate sour cream icing

Combine 4 cups milk with French vanilla pudding. Fold in 9 ounces Cool Whip; alternate layers of pudding and crackers starting with grahams and ending with pudding. Then put sour cream icing on top.
