NUTTY GORGONZOLA AND PEA SAUCE
WITH PASTA
 
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add 1/4 cup minced onion and 1 tablespoon garlic. Saute; add 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper. Boil about 3 minutes. Stir in 10 ounce package frozen peas and 4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Heat until cheese melts.

Toss with: 1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
