BEST RHUBARB PIE 
3-4 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
1-1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
4 maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 c. thick cream or evaporated milk
Pastry for a 2 crust pie

Line pie pan with crust. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until nicely browned.
