1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. white sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine butter, sugar, pudding, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs gradually, add flour, soda and stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
