LIGHT PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. marshmallows
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Spread one half of crumbs evenly over bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan. In top of double boiler or in microwave melt marshmallows in pineapple juice stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly, then add crushed pineapple and whipped cream and pour over the layer of crumbs. Spread remaining crumbs over top and set in refrigerator for several hours. Cut into squares to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
