EASY FRUIT COBBLER 
4 c. fresh fruit (blueberries are best)
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. melted butter

Place fruit in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, sugar, and egg; stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread over fruit. Drizzle butter over topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
