QUICK CHICKEN PIE 
2 1/2 lbs. fryer
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth

Cut and bone chicken. Reserve 2 cups broth. Cut chicken into pieces and place in bottom of baking dish. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Sift together dry ingredients and mix well with milk. Pour over chicken. Heat soup and broth to boiling point and pour over all. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Make its own crust.
