5 LAYER SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce (coarsely chopped)
1 c. frozen peas
1 bag frozen vegetables, run tap water over them to get frost off and drain
well
1/2 lb. chicken strips (cooked)
1 c. mayonnaise (fat free no cholesterol)

In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients: lettuce; frozen peas; frozen vegetables; sliced chicken strips; mayonnaise. Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve. Serves 4 to 6.
