KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
5 qt. cucumbers
5 cloves garlic
5 hot peppers
1 c. plain salt
1 qt. cider vinegar
12 sm. heads dill

Wash cucumbers and pack in sterilized jars. To each quart jar, add 1 clove garlic, 2 heads of dill. Combine salt, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil, fill jars with and put in boiling bath for 20 minutes. Start counting as soon as jars are placed in water.
