THE BEST MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. minced parsley (or parsley flakes)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients well. You may have to use your hands. Form into balls and fry or bake. You can use this recipe for large or small meatballs.
