FISH STEW 
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 clove garlic
2 (16 oz.) cans of tomatoes
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. white fish

Combine all ingredients, except fish and simmer for 30 minutes. Add fish and simmer for 10 minutes. Can use any white fish.
