MEXI-CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/3 c. red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh coriander
2 tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 tsp. cumin
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
salsa and sour cream (garnish)

Slice the slightly frozen bagels 1/4-inch thick. Lightly butter and sprinkle with oregano or garlic powder.

Bake at 250°F for 15 to 25 minutes or until crisp.
