EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Cream butter with sugar and salt. Beat eggs and yolks well. Blend into butter and sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until custard is barely set in center.
