1 yellow or white cake mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
14 oz. box Cool Whip
1 can coconut

Mix cake mix as directed. Bake in 9"x13" pan. Mix pineapple and sugar, bring to boil, boil 4 minutes. Leave cake in pan. Punch holes with fork. Pour pineapple over and allow to cool. Mix 2 boxes vanilla pudding, let thicken. Pour over cooled cake. Then spread Cool Whip over this. Sprinkle 1 can coconut over top. Keep refrigerated.
