CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
4 eggs
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs and add sugar. Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler, and add to egg and sugar mixture. Add flour, pinch of salt and vanilla. Pour into a greased 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Place pie plate in a shallow pan of cold water (cookie sheet) and put in a cold oven. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees and then an additional 25 minutes at 250 degrees. Allow pie to cool thoroughly and then serve with a mound of vanilla ice cream.
