CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 quart cooked & cubed chicken
1 lb. seedless & halved grapes
1 c. celery, diced small
1 c. almonds, toasted, sliced
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Toss well. Chill several hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with almonds and lemon wedge. Or serve in 1/4 of your favorite melon. Serves 6.
