LASAGNA ROLLS 
1 (1 lb.) box of lasagna
2 lb. container of Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. garlic powder, parsley & oregano

Cook lasagna according to the package directions. Drain lasagna. Cut Mozzarella cheese into little cubes. Put one cup aside for the topping.

In a large bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, garlic, parsley and oregano. Season to taste. Spread sauce on the bottom of a baking pan or microwave dish. On a flat lasagna shell, spread the cheese filling only in the middle. Roll the lasagna. The cheese filling should fill 15-20 shells. After rolling all the shells, spread sauce over the top and add the cup of Mozzarella cheese.

You can bake these shells at 350 degrees in your oven for 30-35 minutes or for 7 minutes on high power in your microwave. The cheese should be melted on the top. Hope you enjoy the lasagna rolls as much as we do.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
