IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes or 2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a paper sack. Dip chicken in butter on both sides. Shake well in paper sack until well coated with dry ingredients. Put chicken on roasting rack in roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour.

May be prepared in advance and put in the oven when ready.
