GARLIC SOUP 
4 cans chicken broth
6-10 slices of bread
3-6 bulbs garlic
4-12 eggs
Cooking oil

Put chicken broth in a pot on low heat. Separate garlic cloves and remove skins. Put garlic in a fry pan and add oil to cover garlic. Lightly brown then remove garlic from oil and place to the side. Slice bread into small squares (old bread heels are fine). Brown the bread in the same oil. Combine garlic, bread and 1/2 cup of broth in blender. Pour into pot. Scramble eggs and slowly stir into pot. Serves 8.
