1 lb. black eyed peas
1 lb. black peas
1 lb. green split peas
1 lb. limpits
1 lb. great northern beans
1 lb. large limas
1 lb. pinto beans
1 lb. kidney beans
1 lb. cranberry beans
1 lb. field peas
1 lb. navy beans
1 lb. yellow peas
1 lb. small baby limas

Mix all together and divide into 13 (1 pound) packages.

Use 1 pound package of mixed beans, wash, and drain. Put in pot and enough water to cover. Add 1 lg. onion, cut up 2-3 stalks celery, cut up 2-3 carrots, chopped Salt and pepper to taste

Add water as needed and cook 2 hours or more.
