1 9" baked pie shell 6 lg. peaches 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 3 tbsp. cornstarch Salt Pinch of nutmeg 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and salt until thickens. Add nutmeg, butter and vanilla. Add sliced fresh peaches. Pour into baked pie shell. Pour into baked pie shell. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip. |
