SALMON SALAD SPREAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can smoked salmon, drained
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Spread on crackers for hors d'oeuvres.
