DR. P.'S CREAM PUFF PIE 
Bring 1 cup water and 1 stick of butter to a boil. Remove immediately from the heat and add 1 cup regular flour. Stir until it makes a ball which will be almost immediately. Cool.

After cooled, add 4 eggs, one at a time, stirring after each well. Divide in half. With fingers press dough over bottom and up side of 2 inch deep dish, greased (Pyrex is best). Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or less.

FILLING:

4 c. milk
3 boxes sm. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding

When thickened, add 8 ounce cream cheese. Mix well and put into cooled shell. Spread with Cool Whip (one large container will do 2 pies). Drizzle a little chocolate or raspberry syrup on top for eye appeal. Each pie will serve 10-11 moderate size pieces.
