CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. chicken, cut in serving dish
1 c. long time cooking rice
1/3 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and pepper

Place cut chicken on bottom of casserole dish. Salt and pepper, butter, add rice with butter. Add can of celery and chicken soups and mix well. Pour over chicken. Cover dish with lid or foil. Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
