FRIED NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES
CHOW MEIN
 
1 1/2 (14 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
1 1/4 lbs. pork, sliced thin
1/4 c. ham, sliced thin
2 stalks green onions (3/4 inch lengths)
Cut into strips - 1/4 lb. green beans, 1 stalk celery, 1 c. bamboo shoots, 1 sm. carrot, 1 sm. cauliflower, 1 sm. green pepper, and Chinese peas
Seasoning mix in bowl - 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2
tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. Accent, and 2 c. soup stock
Garlic and ginger
