BIG SOFT PRETZELS 
1 tbsp. yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
5-6 c. hot rolls mix

HOT ROLL MIX:

5 lbs. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 c. instant dry milk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Blend in 2 eggs and oil. Add 5 cups Hot Roll Mix. Stir well, add additional mix to make soft and not too sticky. Knead 5 minutes. Roll to 18 to 24 inch logs. Shape into pretzels. Boil until dough rises. Drain. Place on baking sheet. Brush with eggs, sprinkle with salt (1 beaten egg, 2 tablespoons coarse salt). Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
