1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. pecans, cut into sm. pieces
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Sift dry ingredients, then add rest of ingredients. Cook 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch Pyrex dish or round tube pan.
