GRITS CASSEROLE | |
1 qt. milk 1 stick butter 1 pkg. Gruyere cheese, 6 wedges Cut cheese and butter in small pieces. Add milk, bring to boil, stirring to dissolve cheese and butter. Add 1 cup quick grits and 1 teaspoon salt. Boil, stir until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Take off fire and beat with spoon until a little fluffy. Pour into buttered casserole. |
