BANANAS FOSTER 
1/2 stick butter
6 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
4 bananas
1 tbsp. banana liqueur, overflow a bit
1 tbsp. light rum
2 tbsp. brandy
Vanilla ice cream

Mix butter and brown sugar in skillet. Cook over medium heat until sugar is melted. Slice bananas in halves lengthwise or quarters and add to butter mixture, cooking until tender. Add liqueur and stir. Sprinkle rum and brandy over top. Ignite. Spoon gently a few times. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. Serves 6.
