BANANAS FOSTER 
1/2 stick butter
2 heaping tbsp. brown sugar
4 bananas
1 tbsp. banana liqueur
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp. rum
2 tbsp. brandy
Vanilla ice cream

Mix butter and brown sugar in saute pan or chafing dish. Cook over medium heat until sugar is melted. Slice bananas in halves or quarters and add to butter mixture, cooking until they are heated through. Add the liquor and cinnamon, stir. Sprinkle rum and brandy over the top. DO NOT STIR! Ignite carefully. Spoon gently a few times. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. Serves 6.
