CHICKEN MCGILL 
1 fryer in pieces
4 carrots
1 can consomme'
1 sm. can chopped pimentos
Curry powder
1 can beef gravy (Franco-American)
1 stick butter
2 onions

Brown chicken in butter. Take out and put on paper towel. Chop 4 carrots and 2 onions. Add 1 can consomme' and 1 can pimentos to butter. Add 1 teaspoon curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 45 minutes on medium-high. Add can of beef gravy. Put chicken in and let simmer.
