SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
7 to 8 sliced potatoes 1 stick melted butter 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 2 c. Velveeta cheese Boil potatoes until not quite done. Melt butter. Stir in flour, add milk. Heat. Add Velveeta cheese, stir until cheese melts. Pour over potatoes. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
