1qtsp. cabbage, chopped
1 qt. boiled beets, finely chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. horseradish - drained
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
