COCKTAIL PIZZAS 
1 (1 lb.) loaf of sliced sourdough bread
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Whole oregano
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, thinly sliced
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sliced Provolone cheese

Cut each slice of bread into 2-inch squares. Spread tomato paste on 1 side of each square; sprinkle with oregano. Place 1 slice of pepperoni on each square of bread.

Cut each slice of cheese in half; cut each half into 3 equal pieces, and place a piece of cheese on each pizza. Arrange pizzas on a large baking sheet, and broil 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Yield: about 5 1/2 dozen.
