GRILLED ONION (VIDALIA) 
Vidalia onion (preferably)
Pat butter
1/2 beef bouillon cube

Peel and core whole onion (core only 2/3 into onion). Place pat of butter and bouillon cube in center; wrap in double foil. Place on grill 20-30 minutes, depending on heat of grill. (Can also be done in oven.) When done, peel foil back 1/2 way.
