HAM MOUSSE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 c. ground ham
1 c. celery, diced
4 hard cooked eggs, cut up fine
8 stuffed olives, sliced
2 sweet pickles, cut up
1 tbsp. onion (opt.)
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Dissolve Jello and add rest of ingredients. Let set until firm.
