QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
8 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells or 1 (9 inch) pie crust
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. spicy mustard

Place cheese, bacon and scallions evenly into shells or crust.

In small bowl, combine eggs, cream and mustard. Pour evenly over cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
